Your patented Carbonit filter cartridge NFP Premium
The Carbonit NFP Premium filter cartridge is a monoblock filter that is manufactured using a sintering process and is internationally patented. The adsorptive powers of sintered activated carbon ensure that drug residues and polar pesticides are retained, for example, while mechanical depth filtration is responsible for retaining germs, bacteria, fungi and other suspended matter. For technical reasons, you can only use the filter cartridge for cold water and in systems protected from frost.
When do you change the Carbonit NFP Premium filter?
In accordance with DIN 1988, you should replace the Carbonit NFP Premium filter cartridge every 6 months. During this time, you can filter around 10,000 liters of water. If the water flow noticeably decreases, an earlier change may be necessary. In principle, you should also replace the flat seals of the NFP Premium filter cartridge every time you change it. This way, the system is always reliably sealed and can function as intended.
