We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order.

For orders over 200.00 € we offer free shipping.

0-1.99 kg = 8.99 EUR

2-4.99 kg = 16.99 EUR

5-9.99 kg = 19.99 EUR

10-19.99 kg = 29.99 EUR

20-31.5 kg = 39.99 EUR

World:

We calculate shipping to all countries not listed under EU as follows:

0-1.99 kg = 17.85 EUR

2-4.99 kg = 35.70 EUR

5-9.99 kg = 41.65 EUR

10-19.99 kg = 53.55 EUR



delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 20 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment

If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 10 days.

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the announced date.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
